Gerne ein bisschen hilfe!   Update may  2011 : Our foundation is created on may 10th, 2011, in The Netherlands  (much cheaper than Belgium), and has the Dutch ‘SBBI’ (for social improvement) and ‘ANBI’ qualification (global, public use). Now we also seek to be a Belgian ‘SON / FUP’ (equivalent for the Dutch ANBI). Why The Netherlands?  There the deed for a foundation costs 320€ (2011) while in Belgium the notaries demanded from 800 up to 1500€! We're looking for people willing to complement our voluntary management (no renumeration or compensation), in order to strengthen and complement our skills in helping the less fortunate, the low to moderate incomes. Mise à jour mai 2011 : Notre fondation est créée en 2011, le 10 mai, au Pays Bas (la Belgique est vastement plus cher). Nous avons la qualification ‘SBBI’ (fondation sociale) et ‘ANBI’ (fondation globale, utilité publique). En Belgique nous essayons d’obtenir le titre ‘FUP’ (fondation d’utilité publique). Pourquoi Les Pays Bas. La, l’acte nous coûte 320€ (2011), contre les offertes que nous avons reçu de plusieurs notaires Belges : demandant 800 jusqu’a 15000€! Nous cherchons une élargissement de notre gestion volontaire (non payante, sans compensations), afin d'élargir nos compétences en aidant les moins fortunés, avec des revenues basse ou moyenne. Update mei  2011 : De stichting is opgericht op 10 mei 2011, hier de discrete statuten. Dit in Nederland, want België is schandalig duurder. We dragen de titels ‘SBBI’ (sociaal belang behartigende instelling) en ‘ANBI’ (algemeen nut beogende instelling). in België trachten we de ‘SON’ titel te krijgen (stichting openbaar nut). Waarom Nederland? Daar kost de akte voor een stichting 320€ (2011), tegenover de offertes van Belgische notarissen die van 800 tot zelfs 1500€ vroegen. We zoeken een uitbreiding van ons vrijwillig management (niet vergoede beheerders), om zo onze vaardigheden te versterken naar minder gefortuneerden, lage tot midden-inkomens.
